The Movement was organised in the spring of a 1998. It was founded by the former Soviet political prisoners. The leader of the Movement is Andrey Derevyankin, the former political prisoner of 1984-87, 1997-98, 2000-2003.

The origin of the Movement of the former political prisoners 60-80 years countering to a former totalitarian regime and whom have been not soiled with support of the present tyranny in Russia, is marked by occurrence qualitatively new Moral Opposition.

The concept Moral Opposition does not mean at all, that the participants of the Movement consider themselves apart righteous, it means, that the purposes, program, forms of struggle of the Movement are determined by unhypocrithical recognising of the moral law as a fundamentals of the political and economic system.

Movement "Ave Maria " is the radical irreconcilable opposition to the present oligarchic regime, former chiefs, "nomenclature", of CPSU .

Russian people in the present situation can hope only to the aid of God. But is not non-thrusting expecting, and applying desperate efforts. It's necessary the point of the application for Most Highest acting through one He will save Russia. The Moral Opposition should become such point.

Methods of the Movement's struggle taking into account cruelty of the authorities are very radical including armed resistance. The power of the criminal oligarchy are possible to oppose only by the weapon now. The Movement's struggle as a Civil War include guerrillas war in Siberia, diversions on the oil pipelines and the gas pipelines, massive hacker attacks on the government computer networks, destruction of governmental communications, diversions on the official TV, capture the TV centres by guerrillas armed forces, creation the alternative Moral Russian TV.

In conditions general criminalization of the Russian economy all sources of finance of the Movement have uncriminal nature.

The authority of the most cynical, most selling nomenclature CPSU understands their moral poverty, understands, that the single force have the right to present the account for the crimes, accomplished per the last years, for a discredit of all ideals of freedom, human dignity, human rights those can only who has returned for these ideals the own health, years of freedom, or even their own life.
